These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GameDealNav ("Service") operated by Yoichi Yanagigo ("Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Registration is completed when the Operator approves an application submitted through the prescribed method. The Operator may decline registration if false information is provided, if the applicant has previously violated these Terms, or if the Operator otherwise deems it inappropriate.

Users are responsible for managing their account information. Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with third parties under any circumstances.

4. Service Description

The Service provides the following features:

  • Collection and display of PC game price information (Steam, Epic Games Store, and other stores)
  • Cross-store price comparison
  • Sale history and historical low price display
  • Multi-language support detection for games (~30 languages, 4 support levels)
  • MOD support information (Steam Workshop, Nexus Mods)
  • Wishlists and price alerts (planned for future release)

5. Fees

The Service is currently provided free of charge. If paid features are introduced in the future, advance notice will be given on the website.

6. Accuracy of Information

Price information, language support data, and MOD information displayed by the Service are sourced from external APIs (Steam Store API, IsThereAnyDeal API, Nexus Mods API, etc.) and may differ from actual store prices and information. For the most up-to-date and accurate information, please check the official store websites. Any purchasing decisions based on information provided by the Service are made at the user's own risk.

7. Affiliate Links

Links to stores on the Service may include affiliate links. If users make purchases through these links, the Operator may receive a commission. The use of affiliate links does not affect the purchase price for users.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Violate laws, regulations, or public order
  • Engage in criminal activity
  • Disrupt or interfere with servers or networks
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Collect personal information of other users
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Automatically scrape or mass-collect data from the Service
  • Engage in any other activity deemed inappropriate by the Operator

9. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

The Operator may change or suspend the Service without prior notice. If the Service is to be terminated, 30 days' notice will be provided on the website.

10. Usage Restrictions and Account Deletion

The Operator may restrict or delete accounts without prior notice for violations of these Terms, false registration information, or other reasons deemed appropriate.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  2. Price Information: Price information displayed by the Service is reference data obtained from external APIs and is not guaranteed to be accurate in real-time. Please verify the latest prices on the official store websites before making any purchases.
  3. Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL.
  4. Third-Party Services: The Operator is not liable for any damages caused by outages, failures, or changes in third-party services (including Supabase, Vercel, Steam Store API, IsThereAnyDeal API, Nexus Mods API, etc.).
  5. This disclaimer does not apply to damages caused by the Operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence where the contract constitutes a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan.

12. Changes to Terms

The Operator may modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms take effect upon publication on this website.

13. Personal Information

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Non-Transferability

Users may not transfer or pledge any rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from the Operator.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the Service.
